The restructuring and insolvency (R&I) practice in Singapore is a close collaboration between insolvency practitioners (IPs) and lawyers. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created an impact on R&I work and is set to shift the equilibrium between IPs and the legal advisors. The session aims to delve deeper into issues from the lens of Singapore IPs and lawyers, such as how AI is affecting the R&I practice, the role of AI in R&I court processes and the legal issues to address in the use of AI.
