This event is organised by KordaMentha Pte Ltd. This in-person seminar will focus on what is helpful for legal practitioners to understand about valuation. It will explain in more detail the two most common valuation approaches: the discounted cash flow (DCF) approach and the market approach in a way that will enable participants to review valuation reports more astutely and identify any shortcomings. It will highlight common pitfalls in valuation reports and enable legal practitioners to recognise areas of weakness.
