This event is organised by KordaMentha Pte Ltd. This virtual seminar explores how the common valuation concepts of market value, use of hindsight, discounts and premiums are impacted by specific legal situations such as misrepresentation claims, warranty claims, oppression claims, etc. It will explore the relevant Singapore and international case law. Session 3 assumes knowledge of valuation concepts (covered in Sessions 1 and 2) such as market value, enterprise value, equity value as well as common valuation methodologies.
