Event Outline
The course introduces the following:(i) the principles based on which courts in Singapore decide whether to entertain international commercial disputes;(ii) interlocutory measures issued by courts in the context of international commercial litigation;(iii) the different regimes according to which courts in Singapore give effect to foreign commercial judgments;(iv) the provisions based on which Singapore courts determine the law governing the parties’ cross-border commercial disputes.
