This event is organised by Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education Pte Ltd. An effective advocacy strategy is predicated on an accurate understanding of everyone in the room (and sometimes, even those not in the room!). By taking into account the audience at each stage of the mediation process, the advocate ensures that the client’s concerns would be fully considered and met. This seminar looks at how a well-researched case statement and thoughtful pre-mediation discussion with the mediator can lay the foundations for a meaningful mediation session. Prerequisite: Participants are required to have attended the workshop titled “Shifting the Client from an Adversarial Mindset In Preparation for Mediation” conducted by SMILE.
