This event is organised by Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education Pte Ltd. During any mediation, the advocate plays an important part in communicating the client’s priorities and intentions. The ability to quickly adapt to new information also enables success. This skills-based session looks at how advocates can design a strategy that properly leverages on the mediator to make breakthroughs which are advantageous to the client. Prerequisite: Participants are required to have attended the workshop titled “Shifting the Client from an Adversarial Mindset In Preparation for Mediation” conducted by SMILE.
