Event Outline

Prof Bowman discusses the role of law and regulation in the pursuit of sustainable finance goals. She will examine the tension between stronger and top-down regulatory measures, versus a collaborative, bottom-up approach on relationships and synergies between diverse stakeholders. She will also incorporate regulatory as well as corporate and investor perspectives in her analysis of the role of legal frameworks in promoting more sustainable financial practices.
