Event Outline

This seminar aims to provide an update and review of the law in the following areas: Child’s living arrangements orders – Judge and Child sessions, welfare reports, rehabilitation of the child’s relationship with parents and variation of orders in WKM v WKN [2024] SGCA 1. Spousal property orders – equity and trust developments stemming from Chan Yuen Lan v See Fong Mun [2014] 3 SLR 1048 and developments on “just and equitable” division since the structured approach in ANJ v ANK [2015] 4 SLR 1043.
