This webinar will examine interlocutory applications under the Rules of Court 2021 framework.In particular,the webinar will consider recent case law jurisprudence relating to interlocutory applications(other than Single Applications Pending Trial) and will suggest practical tips how litigators and advocates may stay abreast of these developments.Participants will also have an opportunity to raise any questions that they may have at the end of each webinar in a free-flowing,conversational style.
