Event Outline

The world is urgently looking for new ways to mitigate the existential threat of climate change. The law provides a framework through which climate initiatives may be enforced, while sustainable finance is a tool to mobilise global markets towards environmentally responsible decisions and catalyse change. Other whole-of-society efforts, including Government partnerships with the private sector, aim to bring more resources to bear on problems, but must be facilitated on a sound legal footing.
