Event Outline

It will be a virtual half-day workshop for litigators who wish to hone and improve their advocacy skills in interlocutory applications under the Rules of Court 2021 framework. The half-day ‘Informed Interlocutories’ workshop require participants to prepare and perform as advocates in court, handling interlocutory applications and single applications pending trial. The workshop will allow participants, working in pairs, to argue interlocutory matters in a mock hearing. At the end of the workshop, participants will receive comments and feedback on their performance.
