Event Outline

This event is organised by National University of Singapore Centre for International Law (NUS-CIL). There will be two “Tylney Hall” moderated discussions, allowing participants to discuss and debate questions proposed in advance by attendees, under the guidance of experienced practitioners as moderators. The Public International Law session will focus on recent trends in access to justice in public international law. The Private International Law session will look at developments in mechanisms to strengthen access to justice in private international law.
