In this programme, participants will navigate the procedural practices of the Singapore Syariah court and as well as the legal issues for the dissolution of a Muslim marriage. Participants will also dive into the intersections between Syariah court rulings and Singapore’s broader secular legal system through a review of significant Syariah court and MUIS Appeal Board cases.
