Event Outline

The objectives of this workshop include:knowing the current law and positions of the Courts,understand medical professionals’ perspective on what is a vulnerable individual and the role of psychiatrists,understand the nuances of an individual’s mental capacity and ability to make decisions,identify risks and best practices in order to allow client to have access to justice whilst also being sufficiently defensive in protecting one's legal practice.
