This event is organised by Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (APIEx). As the complexity of disputes has increased, the rigour and sophistication with which Courts and Tribunals assess valuations has also become more intense. At the APIEx Symposium supported by the IVAS Singapore (IVAS), IPOS and the IVSC, our 3 sessions will cover: - use of valuation standards in disputes - use of information after the valuation date and circumstances where this may be appropriate - valuation of intellectual property, unique challenges & strategies to deploy in disputes.
