This event is organised by Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education. Individuals who feel traumatised face many struggles in crystalising and expressing their concerns during dispute resolution. Creating a safe environment for such vulnerable individuals and being empathetic to their anxieties are just some ways mediators can support them. It can, however, be challenging to do so while appearing impartial. The expert panel will discuss some of the ethical issues in such mediations and how to design a process that leads to a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
