This webinar will provide an update on the law and practice surrounding the taxation of private funds in Singapore, particularly in relation to the tax incentives under Sections 13D, 13O, 13OA and 13U of the Income Tax Act 1947. It will cover updates to the incentives announced by the MAS under FDD Cir 10/2024, related legislative updates under the Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2024, and also discuss the impact of the recently introduced Section 10L on private funds.
