Event Outline

Consultants take on important roles in the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, yet there is comparatively little discussion as to the duties and obligations that these important players hold. In this seminar, our panel comprising a seasoned construction arbitrator, a construction disputes lawyer, and a practising architect, discuss real-world scenarios which highlight the competing aspects of a consultant’s role, which in turn give rise to interesting and complex legal issues.
