This event is organised by Asian Patent Attorneys Association – Singapore Group. This seminar will feature visiting speakers from the American IP Law Association (AIPLA) Asia Pacific Committee, and Singapore lawyers and patent agents. The visiting speakers will provide case law and litigation updates on US patents, and speak on AI invention patent applications in US, Standard Essential Patents, and Electric Vehicle Patent Trends in US. The Singapore lawyers and patent agents will provide the Singapore perspective on the various topics.
