Event Outline

The course will cover appellate-level decisions on force majeure, misdelivery, time bars, limitation under the LLMC 1976, salvage sales, fixture recaps, collision liability, clean B/Ls, damages for late redelivery, limitation under the LLMC, misdelivery and LOIs, the effect of a Himalaya clause and exclusive jurisdiction clause, and title to sue. It will also examine the development of the law in this field, highlighting key cases and their resolutions.
