Event Outline

In this session, we seek to explore how mentorship can be a powerful force for one’s development in the legal profession. Kuah Boon Theng SC will share her views on the mentor's role and her views on how successful mentoring relationships may be cultivated, followed by a panel discussion. This session hopes to emphasise the importance of mentorship both within and outside the workplace and to raise awareness about the resources and platforms available to support young lawyers.
