The Workshop on Cross-Examination of Vulnerable Witnesses will explore the treatment of vulnerable witnesses in legal proceedings and aims to equip criminal lawyers with the knowledge and skills to cross examine vulnerable witnesses. This workshop will also highlight the ethical obligations of advocates in this area.
