In the first panel discussion, arbitrators and practitioners share their experiences with the ethical dilemmas they have faced in the course of arbitrations. In the second panel discussion, this panel will discuss the role of arbitration institutions in setting and enforcing ethical standards - including whether to incorporate them as part of their rules and whether or how they can enforce these standards against counsel, experts and arbitrators.
