This event is organised by INSOL International (Asia) Ltd together with the Centre for Asian Legal Studies and the EW Barker Centre for Law & Business at the NUS Faculty of Law. The Restructuring & Insolvency Academic Forum (RIAF) is a two-day event showcasing research in corporate insolvency, restructuring, and turnaround, with a focus on Asia. It offers a platform for scholars to present to peers, academics, and professionals, promoting thought leadership in the region. The Opening Lecture on Day 2 will be in Chinese.
