This event is organised by WMH Law Corporation. The question of what duties (if any at all) and the extent to which the same may apply to directors is often a vexed one notwithstanding that the law only recognises one species of homo directoriensis. This seminar will distil and discuss the developments in this area of law by illustrating the various aspects of directors’ duties/liabilities in the context of existing legislation, recent case authorities and a commentary on the general direction that the law is headed and/or should be headed towards.
