This event is organised by J.S. Held. Income approach is often preferred by valuers serving as expert witnesses in the context of disputes, since it enables the exact circumstances of the company being valued to be modelled. Due to the complexity of DCF models however, it also often leads to numerous areas of disagreement arising between opposing experts. This seminar looks at the income approach in detail, with a focus on the disagreements that often arise over how it should be applied and what inputs should be adopted.
