Event Outline
This event is organised by Attorneys Inc LLC, in partnership with Samvad Mediation Centre. This two-day workshop offers deep insights into the international mediation landscape with a focus on international commercial mediation and investor-state mediation by examining the major international legal and regulatory frameworks such as the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. This workshop also develops participants' practical knowledge of mediation such as drafting an international mediation clause.
