Event Outline

This event is organised by Insurance Law Association of Singapore (ILAS). The session will look at contemporary legal issues facing the marine insurance industry, for example the impact of sactions and tariffs, cyber threats to ships and the impact of new technology on the traditional rules concerning carriage of goods at sea. The session will also consider issues of legal causation and also subrogated recovery.
