Event Outline
Module 2 is a 3 full days advanced level workshop which builds on the foundations of interest-based mediation established in Module 1. Module 2 participants will be introduced to more advanced and sophisticated mediation skills which will increase their effectiveness as conflict resolvers. Role-plays are used throughout the 3 full days and those playing mediators will be provided useful individual feedback by experienced SMC mediator-coaches.
