Event Outline

This conference explores issues for lawyers, supporters, and caregivers of persons with Invisible Disabilities (“PWID”) in their encounters with the law. Sessions will cover the challenges that PWID face in the criminal justice system, and helping PWID learn and understand legal limits of their actions and behaviour. The conference will also provide comparative perspectives on PWID and the criminal justice system.
