There have been many significant changes to Family Law legislation in recent years. This seminar seeks to provide an overview of the key changes, including the sixth fact relating to divorce, the new regimes and frameworks relating to enforcement of custody and access orders, maintenance enforcement, and the enhanced judge-led powers of the court. The speakers will also review the effectiveness of these changes in strengthening Therapeutic Justice elements in our family proceedings.
