This event is organised by Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS). The Singapore Insolvency Conference 2026 (SIC 2026) brings together the restructuring and insolvency community to examine the evolution and future direction of restructuring and insolvency law and practice in Singapore and beyond. Building on four decades of transformation since the Pan-Electric crisis, the conference will explore how Singapore has developed into a leading international restructuring hub and consider the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
